TRADE CONFERENCE SET FOR CAPE

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A rural supplier trade conference will beheld here in April.

Bernard K. Andrews, senior project manager of existing business development with the Missouri Department of Economic Development, was in Cape Girardeau Friday to help in the planning of the supplier trade conference. The event will be held April 23, at the Show Me Center on Southeast Missouri State University campus.

Accompanying Andrews to Cape Girardeau Friday were William O. Green, enterprise zone coordinator with the research and support group of the state economic development organization, and Jodi Krantz, project manager of the national business development group with the state organization.

The supplier show will be sponsored by the Department of Economic Development, Southeast Missouri State University, and the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce.
