PEORIA, Ill. -- The tournament site for the World series of Team Bass Fishing has been selected.
The event will beheld on the Illinois River and its tributaries near Peoria, Ill.
A total of 43 teams from across the nation will gather at the site the week of June 4-8.
The anglers will be competing for more than $100,000 in cash and merchandise, with the top three finishing teams to receive a fully-rigged Ranger Bass Boat, with 150 horsepower outboard, trolling motors, and trail trailers.
The winning team will also receive a Choo Choo Customized GMC pickup truck.
Official housing for the tournament will be the Holiday Inn Peoria Brandywine, located near the official Detwilder Ramp and weigh-in site.
