PADACUH, Ky. -- The National Weather Service has cleared a tornado warning for southern Cape Girardeau County. Cape Girardeau County emergency management director Dick Knaup said the National Weather Service confirmed that a funnel cloud was spotted near Dutchtown, it did not touch down. He said high winds may have caused damage in some areas of the county.   He said while skies appear to be clearing to the west, a tornado watch remains in effect until 4 p.m. today. A tornado was reported near Leopold in Bollinger County with some damage. Stay tuned to your weather alert radio, television or Internet.
