TOPO MAPS OF AREA ARE NOW AVAILABLE FROM COMMISSION

PERRYVILLE -- The Southeast Missouri Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission this fall will again have available topographic maps of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Iron, Madison, Perry, St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve counties.

Each 18-inch by 24-inch map is at a scale of 1 inch equal to 2,000 feet and covers an area of about 63 square miles.

About 10-15 maps cover each county, and are available for $3.25 each.

Topographic maps can be used to find various land features, streams and lakes. They show both natural and manmade features.
