Tools taken from shed at Dexter business
DEXTER, Mo. -- A Dexter business was burglarized over the weekend. Cory Mills, a detective for the Dexter Police Department, said several construction tools were taken from a storage shed at Key Stone Automotive on Conder Drive. A call came in around 6:30 a.m. Saturday, and Mills said investigators suspect the burglary occurred between 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday morning. There was forced entry, Mills said. A three-page list of items taken has been compiled, but the value of the items has not yet been calculated. The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact the department at 573-624-5512.
