TobyMac to play Show Me Center

TobyMac, six-time Grammy winner and multi-platinum selling artist, will be bringing his "Hits Deep" tour to the Show Me Center on Dec. 13.

According to a Show Me Center news release, the tour will feature a slightly new multi-artist lineup showcasing songs performed by TobyMac along with other Christian music artists, including Brandon Heath, Mandisa, Jamie Grace and Colton Dixon. The tour's theme and multi-artist package will undoubtedly make for some special moments on stage, the release said.

TobyMac's most recent album, "Eye On It," garnered the highest chart debut of his career, landing at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 and topping the Christian sales charts. His previous four solo projects have received RIAA Gold certification and his live DVD, "Alive & Transported," is certified platinum by the RIAA. His 2009 album, "Tonight," won Grammys for Best Pop and Contemporary Gospel Album and Best Contemporary Christian Song.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday and can be purchased online at showmecenter.biz, at the Show Me Center box office or by phone at 651-5000.
