CHARLESTON -- Liz Anderson, a co-owner and co-editor of the Enterprise Courier Newspaper here, will be honored as Conservation Communicator of the Year during awards ceremonies to be held Saturday at the Conservation Federation of Missouri annual meeting at Columbia.

Anderson strongly promotes local conservation issues through the Enterprise Courier, and the East Prairie newspaper,

Six awards will be present during the banquet, to be held at the Holiday Inn in Columbia, including the "Conservationist Of the Year, which will go to James Corbin, district engineer for the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers.
