The decision to publish the report separately was based on the explicit sexual content of the report, which we believe is not suitable for the Southeast Missourian. However, we feel anyone who wants to read the report should have access to it in order to form an independent opinion rather than relying on summaries and excerpts. We are fully aware that many of our readers would find the report's content objectionable. Our intent in publishing the report is to make it available only to those want to read it.
