BENTON, Mo. -- Two people are in custody after drugs and drug paraphernalia were discovered at a Morley, Missouri, residence.
David D. Kelley, 41, of Morley is charged with two felony counts of possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance and felony possession of a methamphetamine precursor drug with the intent to manufacture, after his home was searched Monday evening.
