Tickets go on sale Feb. 26 for the second annual St. Jude Dream Home raffle to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
The inaugural St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway raised more than $600,000 for the Memphis-based hospital, which has treated more than 17,000 young cancer patients from all over the world at no cost to their families.
Organizers say the 2004 giveaway will offer purchasers of a limited number of tickets a chance to win even more prizes in addition to a new home. Tickets may be purchased at area Union Planters Banks, Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty and Hancock Fabrics. You may also call (800) 382-8604 to order tickets.
The St. Jude Dream Home, to be valued at approximately $250,000, will be built by Mark McDowell of Dornoch Construction on a lot in the Touchdown Estates subdivision. Winners will be announced on KFVS-12 on June 27.
