The concert will take place at 7 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Cape Central Junior High Auditorium.
The free tickets are available starting at 8 a.m. Monday at the Southeast Missouri offices, or by mailing in a ticket request form that will appear in Sunday's newspaper. Seating is limited.
