Names: Anthony L. Rogers, 28; Rondall L. Rogers, 32; Joshua Lee Dennis, 24
Residence: Scott County
Summary: Anthony and Rondall Rogers were each sentenced to 60 months in prison on one felony count each of malicious damage by fire, while Dennis was sentenced to 26 months on the same charge Tuesday. The three pleaded guilty to burglarizing Construction Trailer Specialists Inc. in Sikeston on May 5 to steal scrap aluminum. They then attempted to cut open a safe with a torch and started a fire.
