PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Three Perryville men were arrested last week and charged with two counts each of stealing a motor vehicle in connection with several missing all-terrain vehicles stolen from in and near Perry County.

Patrick M. Sanders, 40, Joseph C. Sumpter, 23, and Andrew L. Fullington, 19, were arrested Aug. 6 on theft charges following an investigation by the Perry County Sheriff's Department.

In an interview with a Perry County detective the day before the arrest, Fullington admitted to stealing a "couple of ATVs" with the other two men, according to police reports.

The three men allegedly stashed the vehicles where officers were able to recover them.
