DONIPHAN, Mo. -- Two Illinois men and an Arkansas woman were killed in the early Wednesday morning in a one-vehicle accident four miles southeast of Doniphan. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said 55-year-old Randy L. Williams of Rockford, Ill., ran off Route E, lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole. Williams and his two passengers, Cynthia A. Hall, 48, of Paragould, Ark., and Larry T. McKinney, 65, of Rockford were all pronounced dead at the scene...

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said 55-year-old Randy L. Williams of Rockford, Ill., ran off Route E, lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole. Williams and his two passengers, Cynthia A. Hall, 48, of Paragould, Ark., and Larry T. McKinney, 65, of Rockford were all pronounced dead at the scene.

The patrol reports that Hall was not wearing a seat belt, while Williams and McKinney both were using seat belts at the time of the wreck.

The deaths mark the 18th, 19th, and 20th fatalities in Troop E for 2009.
