BENTON, Mo. -- Three Morley, Mo., residents were arrested Friday morning after searches of two residences turned up drug paraphernalia and what was believed to be stolen property, a Scott County Sheriff's Department news release said.

All three people remained in the Scott County Jail pending the filing of formal charges, and their names weren't released Friday.

Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter said in the release search warrants were served at two Morley residences after investigators received information about stolen property and illegal drugs.
