James Jones, 34, of Moody, Ala., received minor injuries in the accident. His daughters, Michelle, 12, and Angelina, 14, received moderate injuries. All were transported to the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, where they were treated and released.

A spokesman for the Missouri State Highway Patrol said the Jones vehicle was headed northbound on Interstate 55, about two and a half miles north of Sikeston, when it hit an icy patch, ran off the road and overturned in the median.
