Cape gets first seasonal snow; MoDOT says it's ready

Snow fell for the first time over Cape Girardeau Thursday night, but not very much of it.

The National Weather Service reported a trace of snow was observed at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport, marking the first snow of the season.
