Three young men from Perryville were recently arrested after an incident like something out of the "Dukes of Hazzard."

Police allege the 21-year-old and two teenagers were riding in a vehicle near Patton, Mo., when a shot was fired from the vehicle and it took off quickly, spinning its tires and spraying gravel. Police say the driver was also very, very drunk.

12 resign from Millersville Fire

Twelve firefighters with the Millersville Rural Fire District, including the district chief, resigned at a Monday night meeting after a heated argument over spending and equipment.

Now the rural fire district is left with less than half its full staff.
