If you drove down the eastern part of Independence Street today you might have noticed there are no letters on the sign outside the Rush Hudson Limbaugh U.S. Courthouse.
Back in July, vandals struck and removed six letters from the sign, but not this time. The letters are gone this time because they're being replaced.
