ADVANCE, Mo. -- An Advance teenager was injured in an ATV accident Wednesday afternoon.
The crash occurred at 4:53 p.m. at the intersection of county roads 303 and 306, approximately one mile east of Toga, Mo.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's preliminary crash report, the accident occurred when 14-year-old Zachary S. Nalley lost control of his four-wheeler while trying to negotiate a turn and overturned. He was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.
Nalley received moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
