JACKSON -- Jennifer L. Campbell of Jackson participated in "Drums and Drama, Dance and Design: the Arts in the Heart of Carolina" June 20-29.
She was selected by the Otahki Girl Scout Council to participate in the program at Raleigh, N.C.
The event focuses on performance in music, theater, dance and in creations of crafts.
Campbell is the daughter of Rick and Debbie Campbell of Jackson. She is a junior at Jackson High School and has been active in Girl Scouting for 10 years. She also has been actively dancing ballet, tap and jazz for the past 13 years. Campbell is a student at the Academy of Dancearts in Cape Girardeau.
