Teen Challenge International of Mid-America will hold its ninth annual strawberry festival Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The festival will be held at the Teen Challenge Center, five miles north of Cape Girardeau on County Road 621.
Special events include tours of the campus and strawberry fields, puppet shows for children and mini-concerts by the New Creations Choir. There also will be drawings for free quarts of strawberries and free servings of strawberry shortcake.
Barbecue lunches and strawberry baked goods will be for sale.
Teen Challenge began in 1969 as a religious training center for men who have had drug and alcohol abuse problems.
