TCI COLLECTS NEARLY 15 TONS OF CANNED FOOD
TCI Midwest Region cable systems collected over 29,800 pounds, or nearly 15 tons, of food for the needy during a recent food drive. The food drive, called "Take a Bite Out of Hunger," kicked off Nov. 1 in over 350 communities served by TCI. It ran through Nov. 30.
In Cape Girardeau and Jackson, TCI employees, clients and customers contributed over 3,544 pounds of food to FISH and Cox Community Center.
"We are extremely pleased with the results of this campaign," said Roger Harms.
