Three suspects in a May 20 bank robbery in Morley, Missouri, pleaded not guilty Monday in federal court.
Pamela M. Lathon, 44, Tyrice G. Royston, 26, and Alexander T. Trotter, 31, all of St. Louis, were arraigned in Cape Girardeau in connection with the robbery at First Commercial Bank.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Abbie Crites-Leoni set pretrial motion hearings for July 16.
Royston and Trotter waived their right to hearings, but Lathon's attorney said she should be granted bail at her hearing because she is not considered a flight risk.
