CAPE GIRARDEAU -- America's all-star brass ensemble, the Summit Brass, will present a concert in Cape Girardeau Feb. 13.
The concert will be held in Academic Auditorium at 8 p.m., and is part of the Cultural Program Series at Southeast Missouri State University.
Tickets are free with a University ID or Community Concert membership card.
Tickets for non-members are $3 for children, students and senior citizens, and $6 for adults.
The Summit Brass consists of brass players from all over the world, most from principal positions in major symphony orchestras. It is conducted by Carl Topilow, the conductor of the National Repertory Orchestra.
In addition to the concert, Summit Brass members will conduct a workshop on Feb. 14. The cost of the workshop is $10, or $12 including a concert ticket.
