MARBLE HILL -- Students at Woodland High School are showing their support for troops in the Persian Gulf through a letter-writing campaign.
Students in Cheri Lynn's six English and Spanish classes decided last week to show their support by writing letters to soldiers in Saudi Arabia.
"It is a small contribution, but one the students hope will be noticed," Lynn said. "We wrote over 100 letters. For a small school, we were very proud of this."
The letters were written Jan. 23 and mailed the next day.
