Angela M. DeLaCruz of Scott City, John David Heeb of Sikeston and Crissy Daniel of Oran were honored as top science students at their schools.

Other nominees were Brandon M. Swanner of Scott City and Laramie Klipfel of Oran.

The scholars program is funded by the Tandy Corporation and prizes are administered through Texas Christian University.
