STUDENTS EARN SCHOLARSHIPS

Six area high school students have recently received scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Rachel M. Robert, Laurie A. Ingram, Ernst K. Warren, all of Cape Girardeau, Crhstina J. Wright of Benton, Barbara A. Bilek of Millersville, and Christopher R. Cox of Chaffee have all ben awarded the President's Scholarship.

The award is given to high school seniors who score 24 on the Enhanced ACT and rank in the upper 20 percent of their class. The scholarship is worth $1,200 per academic year.
