Julie T. Kirchdoerfer of Cape Girardeau and Nicole S. Martin, of Jackson have been awarded Regents' scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University during the 1992-1993 academic year.
Martin also was awarded a Missouri Leadership Award.
The Regents' Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who graduate in the top 10 percent of their class and who score above the 90th percentile on the ACT or SAT test. The award covers full-time fees per semester and is renewable for four years.
The Missouri Leadership Award is a one-year award designed for Missouri students who have demonstrated leadership and academic abilities.
Kirchdoerfer is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe C. Kirchdoerfer of Cape Girardeau and is a 1992 graduate of Notre Dame High School.
Martin is the daughter of Jim and Babs Martin of Jackson and is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School.
