The Tuesday Club, General Federation of Women's Clubs of Missouri, will sponsor Stanley Clark, a student at Cape Girardeau Central High School, for the annual Sophomore Pilgrimage in Jefferson City on April 11-12.

The agenda includes a tour of the Capitol, other state buildings, and sitting in on legislative sessions. Lunch will be with the top six elected officials and the chief justice who will speak on the responsibilities of their offices.

Clark is on the "A" honor roll, a member of Beta Club, the marching band and the jazz band. He is an Eagle Scout and a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and Sunday School.

He is the son of Tom and Julia Jorgensen of Cape Girardeau, and Ken Clark of St. Louis.
