About 250 high school publications students will be in Cape Girardeau today for the annual meeting of the Southeast Missouri Scholastic Press Association.
The gathering will be held at the Southeast Missouri State University Center.
Students from 17 schools will be represented.
Various sessions of interest to students in newspaper and yearbook classes are scheduled. Among the speakers will be Kathy Craghead from Mexico, Mo., former Missouri Journalism Teacher of the Year.
Cecilia Fallert of Perryville is president of the scholastic press organization. Roy Keller of Southeast Missouri State is the university adviser to the group.
