STUDENT EARNS REGENTS' SCHOLARSHIP TO SOUTHEAST
Gregory W. Rubel of Cape Girardeau has been awarded a Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University during the 1993-1994 academic year. Rubel is a senior at Notre Dame High School in Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Robert and Bonnie Rubel of Cape Girardeau.
