JACKSON -- The Craft Gallery-Country Store will reopen at 817 West Main in Jackson with a new name, Crafters Cottage.
Fire damaged the former store and forced its closing on March 15.
All merchandise remaining from the fire will be cleared out before new items are stocked. Prices on everything will be reduced from 20 to 75 percent depending on the extent of damage. Special orders will be made for customers who need items not in stock. They may "catalog shop" and orders will be made every Monday and Thursday.
Crafters who lost their merchandise in the fire will be reimbursed either with supplies or with free display of crafts until the end of the year. The Consignment Shop for handmade gifts will be upstairs.
