CARUTHERSVILLE, Mo. -- A Steele, Missouri, man wanted in connection with the death of another Pemiscot County, Missouri, man has turned himself in to authorities.
Ratio Frederick Armour, 26, turned himself in to the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Office about 9:30 a.m. Thursday. He is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the July 3 death of 30-year-old Larry Turner of Hayti, Missouri.
Armour appeared Thursday in Pemiscot County Circuit Court and was arraigned on the charges.
He requested a change of judge, and the next court date had not been set by press time.
Armour is being held in the Pemiscot County Jail without bond.
