PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- The Perryville License Office's contract is up for bid, and the Missouri Office of Administration now is accepting management contract bids for the office, according to a news release from the Missouri Department of Revenue.
Prospective bidders may tour the office from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Jan. 23. Interested individuals and groups must have their bids to operate the office submitted by Feb. 7, the release said.
The Missouri Department of Revenue oversees 182 license offices operated by independent agents, the release said. All license offices were put out for bid under the competitive procurement process in 2009, according to the release. One-year contracts were awarded with three one-year renewal options.
Bids will be evaluated on areas including expertise of proposed personnel, proposed methods for performing services and whether the individual or group is a not-for-profit political subdivision or a Missouri Certified Minority Business Enterprise, a Women Business Enterprise or a Missouri Service-Disabled Veteran Enterprise, according to the release.
