A St. Louis man was arrested Thursday in Jackson on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Randy W. Glover is being held in the Cape Girardeau County Justice Center with a $25,000 bond. Possession of a controlled substance is a felony, and possession of paraphernalia is a misdemeanor. Glover also had an outstanding warrant in another jurisdiction. Additional information regarding that warrant was not given. The Jackson Police Department assisted the Children's Division with the investigation of a hot-line call at 1225 Brandom St., Apt. 2. Glover's arrest was a result of the investigation.
