The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at St. Francis Medical Center will conduct a series of "supermarket tours" during Cardiac Rehab Week, beginning Sunday.

The free tours, designed to help people make heart-healthy choices when grocery shopping, will be held Wednesday at Schnucks at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and Thursday at 7 p.m.

Tour participants will receive packets of information related to heart health and will be eligible to receive cookbooks filled with heart-healthy recipes courtesy of The Heart Institute at St. Francis.

Although the tours are free, space is limited and preregistration is suggested. To preregister, call The Heart Institute at St. Francis, 339-6157.
