St. Francis President John Fidler said the 10-month campaign will focus on exercise, smoking cessation, weight control, drug and alcohol awareness, stress management, proper nutrition and regular medical checkups.

People who sign up for the program will receive a monthly newsletter and have a chance to win health-related prizes such as fitness club memberships and exercise equipment. For information call 335-1251 or 1-800-FOR-SFMC.
