SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Authorities in southwest Missouri are searching for a woman accused of backing a car into a law-enforcement officer, pinning him between two vehicles.

The Springfield News-Leader reported 20-year-old Aera Keller is being sought on charges of receiving stolen property and second-degree assault on a law enforcement officer.

Court documents show Keller fled the Greene County courthouse Monday after authorities notified her there was a warrant for her arrest on the stolen property charge. Authorities say a security deputy followed her and told her to stop, but she got into a vehicle, which she backed into the deputy, pinning him between her car and another vehicle.

Online court records early Wednesday didn't list a lawyer for Keller.
