Dr. Trish Volp will be the featured speaker at the Cape Girardeau Public Library's Third Thursday Travelogue Thursday at 7 p.m. Her program, "An Introduction to the People and Animals of East Central Africa," will present images from a three-week trip Volp took in 1989.
Volp is in her 10th year at Southeast Missouri State University, currently working as assistant vice president for student development and as a professor in educational administration and counseling.
The program is free and open to the public. Accommodations for patrons with disabilities will be made upon request.
