JONESBORO, Ill. -- The Rev. Bill Vandergraph, 74, of Alto Pass, Ill., will return to court this month on charges of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and aggravated criminal sexual abuse for allegedly committing two sexual acts with a 4-year-old girl between January and May 2010. Union County Judge Mark Boie set a status hearing for 9 a.m. July 10, after several delays due to questions about the ex-pastor's mental fitness to stand trial. Vandergraph, former pastor of Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Alto Pass and a former Union County school bus driver, is charged with a Class X felony, carrying a potential sentence of six to 60 years in prison, and two Class 2 felonies, each carrying potential sentences of 14 years.
