Southeast students return, get back to work on Habitat for Humanity house

Southeast Missouri State University freshmen Jessica Buettner, left, Patrick Oehlert, behind Buettner, Rebekah Kell, Tyler Jones and Towers East hall director Lance Sharp dig and level a trench for a retaining wall Saturday morning at a Habitat for Humanity home on North Main Street in Cape Girardeau. Volunteers came out with the First Year Redhawks Connection program. University students started the home on the Southeast campus last school year and are now coming to the permanent site to finish work.
