A Southeast Missouri State University student was robbed about 7:15 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of Imo's Pizza just off campus, according to a news release from Southeast's Department of Public Safety.
The victim described the suspect as a 30-year-old male who wore a gray hoodie and sweatpants, was armed with a handgun and had a purple bandanna over his face, according to the release. The suspect last was seen on foot heading south on Park Avenue, according to the release.
The investigation is being handled by the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
