Edward Benyas, director of orchestras at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, will rehearse the orchestra this morning and this afternoon before conducting the 4 p.m. performance at the old Central High School gymnasium.

The program is under the direction of Steve Schaffner, orchestra director at Central High School.
