CAPE GIRARDEAU - A six-week, arthritis self-help course, designed to help people with arthritis as well as their families and friends, will be held on Mondays starting April 15.

The course, to continue through May 20, will be held at the St. Francis Information Center at Jackson.

Classes will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The center is at 2122 Highway 61 East in Jackson's Heartland Plaza.

There is a $25 fee for the course. Those interested in attending are asked to register by April 10. Course participants will receive copies of the "Arthritis Helpbook."
