Single mom works, takes care of disabled mother

Mom and small children moved here last year to take care of her disabled mother. They all live together. This single mother has seasonal work in retail and has signed up for online courses in January. Mom spends valuable time with the children teaching them numbers and reading aloud. Without help from Toybox there will be no Christmas for the children. The 3-year-old loves to pretend and would like a play kitchen, baby dolls, dishes, games, arts and crafts. She loves to read books. The twins love music, learning toys, cars and dolls. Like the 1,200 children ages 1-12, being served locally by Toybox this year you can help make a meaningful Christmas! Please bring new toys to any of the Toybox locations, including the Southeast Missourian. Or you can make a monetary donation to Toybox, P.O. Box 4, Cape Girardeau, MO, 63702. The blessings you bestow, return to you in kind. For all of our needy Toybox families here are some popular requests: Board games, race cars, trucks, dolls, learning toys, puzzles, books, Hannah Montana, Spider-Man, balls, drawing materials, Dora the Explorer, Indiana Jones a nd High School Musical items.
