Ulyses Neal IV, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., the fourth suspect in an Oct. 15 shooting, turned himself in Saturday to the Scott County Sheriff's Department, said Sheriff Rick Walter.

Neal was wanted for three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree property damage in connection with the shooting of Josh Jones, 22.

Jones suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder at around 10 p.m. between School and Dorothy streets in Sikeston.

Police say the shooting was the result of an ongoing feud that escalated earlier that even at a Sikeston High School volleyball game.
