Police are seeking the public's help to find two Sikeston, Missouri, boys who went missing after school Thursday.

Alexander Phillips, 8, and his brother Logan Phillips, 6, got off the school bus Thursday afternoon on Russell Street in Sikeston, the Sikeston Department of Public Safety reported in a news release Thursday night.

Witnesses told police the boys' father, Clarence "Eugene" Phillips, 38, who has no parental rights, took the brothers and left in a Silver Dodge Ram pickup truck driven by an unknown person, the release stated.

Police do not know where Phillips was taking the boys.

Anyone with information about Phillips, the children or their whereabouts is asked to call Sikeston police immediately at (573) 471-4711. Tips can remain anonymous.
