A Sikeston, Mo., man arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possessing cocaine and heroin with the intent to distribute pleaded not guilty Thursday.
Leonard Phillips, 33, faces charges of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and trafficking crack cocaine after Cape Girardeau police arrested him on a search warrant at 235 Marlin St. Tuesday morning.
Phillips declined to comment at his arraignment and is due in Cape Girardeau County Circuit Court on Oct. 20.
