SIKESTON, Mo. — A fire destroyed a home Friday afternoon in Sikeston, according to the Standard Democrat.
According to Sikeston Department of Public Safety Fire Division officials, a call was received at 4:40 p.m. stating a house was on fire at the corner of Dorothy and Delmar streets in Sikeston. Fire Stations No. 1 and No. 2, along with several off-duty personnel, responded to the residence located at 415 Dorothy St. No injuries were reported.
Another fire was reported at 9:54 p.m. Friday at 134 North 4th St. in Sikeston.
No further information on either fire was available at press time.
